Start by signing up to one of our 8 week beginner courses where you can learn the basics in a safe and fun environment.
Following the Beginner Courses we have set up a series of classes called 'Develop Your Practice' where you can practice what you have learned and grow.
Now we encourage to sign up for a block of classes or a membership and come to anything on the full timetable.
